Professional Fees
Upstream Asia works under letters of agreement ranging from one month projects to annual retainer agreements. Upstream Asia charges professional fees for marketing communications consultancy and activities, which are agreed with clients in advance, and then invoice either on a monthly or project basis.
Out of Pocket Expenses
When clients receive invoices from direct vendors or other third parties, they are not marked-up.
All "out of pocket" (operational expenses) in connection with communications campaigns are calculated in advance for client approval.
